Walchem is always working to make their products better, and their new upgrade v3.17 for W900 / W600 / W100 / P100 Controllers adds several new features, and improves the performance and reliability of existing features.

All Walchem W900 / W600 / W100 / P100 Controller Models

  • Walchem-W900=W600-W100-P100-Controllers
    Immediately show new conductivity value after a calibration when using Intermittent Sampling
  • Add high and low alarms for Paddlewheels
  • Can now read temperature sensors even if the primary sensor is disabled
  • Analog outputs forced to 0 mA during the boot up period
  • Fixed an issue where Hand and Auto Output Timeouts interacted

 

Walchem W600 Controller

Walchem W600 Controllers:

  • Add logo, controller name and location to all pages
  • New virtual input type to log or control on a sensor’s Raw Value
  • Removed exponential notation in datalogs
  • Widened the WCU/WNI sensor fault alarm range to prevent false alarms with long cable lengths

 

Walchem W900 Controllers:

  • Walchem-W900-Controller
    Disturbance variable control mode
  • Bleed Volume on Makeup Volume control mode (Flow Meter Ratio)
  • Volumetric Blending control mode
