Under the Rapid Pneumatics Manifold Assembly Program, there are two product options available. These include the Aventics AV03 series and the Aventics 500 Series, designed to cater to a range of Cv specifications and diverse electronics requirements.
The Aventics AV03 series exclusively offers Dsub Type A & Type B electronics. On the other hand, the Aventics 500 series valves come with the option of 580 and G3 Fieldbus Electronics, facilitating single-cable communication with the PLC. The 580 Electronics are available without any I/O capabilities, while the G3 Electronics enable the connection of approximately 16 I/O modules to the Fieldbus electronics. EtherNet/IP Fieldbus is accessible through the stocking program with a one-week delivery time, while other Fieldbus electronics options have a standard lead time of 6-8 weeks.

AVENTICS™ AV03 Pneumatic Directional Control Valves
The Rapid Pneumatics Manifold Assembly Program offers the 501 and 503 series valves, delivering them to customers in less than a week. If you require the 502 series valves, they are available with a standard factory lead time of 6-8 weeks. These 501 and 503 series valves cover a Cv range from 0.46 to 1.4 and provide a variety of valve type options.
AVENTICS™ 500 Series Directional Control Valves
The AVENTICS Series 580 fieldbus communications node supports up to 128 AVENTICS 500 Series solenoid valves per valve system in a compact package. It features an integrated graphic display for straightforward commissioning and diagnostic information display. This communication node is compatible with a range of valve platforms, including AVENTICS 501, 502, and 503 series. It is well-suited for applications in industries such as automotive, tire manufacturing, packaging, pharmaceutical processing, food and beverage, fine chemicals, and water/wastewater.
AVENTICS™ Series 580 Pneumatic Communications Node
The AVENTICS Series G3 electronic fieldbus valve system replaces traditional hardwired solutions. It integrates communication interfaces into the pneumatic valve system, offering input/output (I/O) capabilities. This advanced electronic platform simplifies connections, making assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintenance easy. The G3 enhances the efficiency of programmable logic controllers, enabling more precise valve control and the transfer of I/O data from various industrial devices via different industrial networks.
