Parker Autoclave Engineers at FRC Flow Control Needle Valves offer a robust easy to use dynamically operated multi-turn electric actuator that delivers precise flow control of any fluid, to pressures as high as 60,000 PSI and tubing sizes up to 3/4 of an inch. These actuators are offered in weatherproof as well as explosion proof enclosures suitable for CL One Division 1, groups B for hydrogen service C and D areas, IEX and CSA UL certified. Needle valves can be used to control a low flow rate precisely and consistently at pressure, including temperatures from to 1,000°F when valves are configured properly.
Control is achieved through an independent 4 to 20 milliamp input with a 4 to 20 milliamp output of the actual stem location and the capacity to seat close the valve stem under high pressure. Application include pressure vessel and reactor pressure let down, test panels, supercritical CO2 flow control, hydrogen fueling, flow meter calibration, and anywhere remote or computer-controlled regulation of flow pressure similar to a PID Loop controller.
Welcome to another Product Focus from Parker Instrumentation products division. Today we would like to review our Parker PGI brand radial pattern manifolds. Designed with a blend of cutting-edge technology and unique features, Parker's manifolds have over 40 years of experience in field installation on a wide range of applications and markets. Industries throughout the world rely on our instrumentation manifolds for natural gas pipelines, power plants, oil refineries, and chemical facilities. Our manifolds and stabilizer taps are used in direct mount applications in the midstream natural gas market. Designed with the latest technology, these manifolds offer unparalleled operation, seamless integration, and exceptional durability. Our PTF pressure core stem seals include an innovative packing that is self-adjusting and removes the need to tighten the packing glands off often. Our standard 7-year no leak warranty is unparalleled in the industry. All big boore pressure core soft seat manifolds include our proprietary turn saver function allowing valves to be fully opened or closed in just three and a half turns. These capabilities will significantly cut maintenance and calibration cycle times across all your measuring applications.
Meeting the EP a method 21 standard for all fugitive emission applications. Parker's PGI manifolds are available in a range of materials including our standard 316 stainless steel which is NACE certified and has a radial pattern valve design with our recently updated color-coded dust covers to identify each specific valve. And embedded set screw in the handles for finger-friendly operation Parker PGI manifolds are 100% gas tested to ensure their durability under difficult conditions pressures and temperatures. Precision reliability and safety are critical in the field of Process Measurement. When it comes to manifolds you can trust on Parker PGI knowledge quality and reliability.
