The Parker CBG series check valves are designed for unidirectional flow control of fluids and gases. The distinctive floating ball valve design manages difficult service conditions in power generation, oil, and gas production, and chemical processing. Specifically designed for higher temperatures up to 500°F and dual fuel gas turbine applications with precise cracking pressures and optional fixed orifice flow control. The CBG check valves are the superior choice for your demanding service conditions. The Parker CBG series check valves provide the following features:
- Rugged and reliable bubble type PTFE carbon co-polymer ball valve seat design-This design optimizes ceiling while minimizing the effect of fuel oil coking.
- Optional PTFE coated ball cage which reduces poppet stick due to baked on media over time.
- A cracking pressure accuracy of plus or minus 5% with shortened poppet travel and quick full flow opening that reduces chatter.
- An optional orifice insert can be included for specific flow control requirements with our ffkm o ring seal.
- Shell pressure rating of 2500 PSI with cracking pressure options of 1, 3, 10, 15, 45, 100, and 120psi
- Many connection options offered such as Parker's CPI and a-lock along with NPT, SAE, JAIC and Parker SLE also known as seal lock extreme
