The distribution company will now operate as Valin® Corporation.  On July 7, 2008, Becker Technical Sales will consolidate into the Valin® facility located in Santa Ana, CA. With this consolidation, we expect to improve the accuracy of our inventory, customer order fulfillment, and service levels.
