It is our pleasure to announce that Valin® Corporation of Sunnyvale, California has acquired Becker Technical Sales of Irvine, CA. The distribution company will now operate as Valin® Corporation. On July 7, 2008, Becker Technical Sales will consolidate into the Valin® facility located in Santa Ana, CA. With this consolidation, we expect to improve the accuracy of our inventory, customer order fulfillment, and service levels.
This merger will provide our customers with a broader more complementary product offering and value-added filtration services.
