Jeff Bryngelson

Jeff Bryngleson is the System Administrator in Valin’s IT department in San Jose, CA. He was recognized as the 2018 Employee of the Year at the annual Employee Appreciation Event. Below is a short summary of why he is so deserving of Employee of the Year. Read about Jeff and all of his contributions here.

Jeff is incredibly dedicated to keeping Valin’s infrastructure secure and performing well. He is always looking for creative ways to simplify the environment, increase uptime, and reduce costs. Jeff has reduced Valin’s server count by over 40% in the last two years. He spearheaded the initiative to migrate our data from mapped drives to Microsoft SharePoint. He created the migration process from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and helped with the management of that project. Jeff is building out the cloud environment to bring Valin to the iteration of our IT environment. He does all of this while also helping with the day to day firefighting that comes with supporting an IT environment.
