The Mitsubishi Electric HG-KNS/HG-SNS servo motors are equipped with a high-resolution absolute position encoder (4,194,304 pulses/rev) and enable high-accuracy positioning and smooth rotation. The HG-KNS/HG-SNS servo motors are fully compatible with the prior series as they have the same dimensions and use the same encoder and power cables.
HG-KNS Series - Small Capacity, Low Inertia
The HG-KNS series servo motor comes with a 22-bit absolute position encoder and has a rated speed of 3000 r/min with a maximum speed of 6000 r/min. The capacity is 0.1 to 0.75 kW.
HG-SNS Series - Medium Capacity, Medium Inertia
The HG-SNS series servo motor also comes with a 22-bit absolute position encoder and has a rated speed of 2000 r/min with a maximum speed of 3000 r/min. The capacity is 0.5 to 3.0 kW.
