AquaPruf Conveyors from Dorner

Dorner AquaPruf conveyors are improving food safety with hygienically engineered stainless steel conveyors. Optional frame cut-outs and belt lifters provide easy access to the inside of a conveyor. Improved chain strength on curve conveyors provides capability for 3 curves on one gearmotor. AquaPruf offers a variety of belting and guiding options. Positive Drive conveyors are sprocket driven to avoid slipping in wet environments. The stainless steel frame construction with continuous TIG welding eliminates fasteners in the food zone. Nose bar transfer options provide safe transfer of small products. Z-frames are available in multiple configurations in both modular and belted conveyors. Stainless steel gearmotors are located outside of food zones. All stainless steel and UHMW guiding profiles are quick to remove without tools for effective cleaning.
