Providing high quality fuel to the modern high pressure common rail fuel injection systems is imperative to avoid costly downtime to engine repair. Velcon’s Diesel Filtration Skids (DFS) provides fuel conditioning to assure the consistent removal of abrasive particulate and damaging water while transferring or dispensing within the fuel system.

The DFS incorporates the best housings, filters and coalescers technologies that Velcon has developed over the past 60 years. The DFS uses filter (VF) and coalescing (V) housings which have proven to withstand years of service in the most challenging environments. We have combined the housings with Velcon’s outstanding DFO filtration products and world-class DI and DSO coalescing and separation products. The combined components work to condition contaminated fuels to meet the most stringent ISO 4406 and ASTM D975 standards for emulsified and free water as well as abrasive particulate. All filtration cartridges are available with a threaded base option for quick filter removal and ease of installation.
