The NJ101 SQL Client CPUs are designed to address basic industrial controller applications in a wide variety of industries including Automotive, Semiconductor, Infrastructure, and Food and Beverage Packaging. These new models offer all the NJ101 advantages with popular SQL database connection, without an excess of motion control capability. Use them to perform data logging tasks and replace complex SCADA or gateway systems.

From the start, the NJ controllers with built-in SQL Database capability captivated customers and started them thinking about how they would use it. What made sense for their machines and production lines was an NJ SQL Client controller with no or a few motion axes at a lower price. In response, we developed the NJ101-9020 with no motion control axes and NJ101-1020 with 2 axes.

Scalable for Future Needs

The NJ101 SQL Client CPUs join existing NJ501 models to provide scalability from no motion axes up to 64 axes for future upgrades and new designs that use the robust Sysmac platform. Machine builders can standardize on using NJ controllers and the Sysmac Studio automation software across a wide range of projects.
