MPT-750 High-Purity PFA Pressure Sensor Q & A

+ What is the MPT-750 and what does it measure?
The MPT-750 is a high-purity PFA pressure sensor (part of the MPT Series) designed for simultaneous monitoring of fluid pressure and temperature in a single device—ideal for critical semiconductor applications.
+ Are there different versions available?
Yes. The MPT-750 uses a cable connection, while the MPT-751 uses a Hirose connector. Each is available in two variants: pressure-only (MPT-750-P/MPT-751-P) and pressure plus temperature (MPT-750-T/MPT-751-T).
+ What design configurations are offered?
Available in both single-port and flow-through designs, with fluid connection options including tube stub, flare, and pillar—across various sizes (¼″, ⅜″, ½″, ¾″ [flow-through only], 1″ [flow-through only]).
+ What materials are used for wetted parts?
Wetted components are made from PFA and FFKM, ensuring chemical compatibility and suitability in high-purity environments.
+ What are the wiring and connection options for cabling?

For the cable-based MPT-750 models, there are multiple wiring configurations (Options F, G, H, I, J) offering combinations of analog outputs, digital outputs, and RS-485—commonly delivered with 1 meter, 3 meter, or custom-length cables.
