Suzzane Ward

Suzzane Ward came to Valin with the Thermal Solutions of Texas acquisition and since that time has proven invaluable.

Attitude
Valin’s Process Heat sector has recently undergone a significant change by moving toward a more traditional distributor model. In this new paradigm, the central role is played by a new primary supplier with secondary suppliers being highlighted as well. This change required a complete refresh of the Process Heat section of Valin’s website. Suzzane Ward (located in Valin’s Tomball, TX office) worked on the updates and had an incredible attitude throughout the entire process. Content development can be challenging for a variety of reasons, but one constant struggle can be dealing with individuals that know little about design but have strong opinions based on pure emotion. Suzzane has the ability to gently guide people to glean the proper content. The new Process Heat section of Valin’s website is outstanding and is receiving positive comments.

Performance
Suzzane created the entire Thermal Solutions of Texas website using Dreamweaver and is responsible for maintaining the site. When Valin acquired TriStar Electronics and knew that the current URL needed to be redirected, it was determined that it would be transferred to the Thermal Solutions website. Before this could happen, the content had to be recreated. Suzzane spent countless hours researching product information to make sure the new product pages were as robust as the current Thermal Solutions of Texas pages. Suzzane constructed 940 new product pages to complete the transition.

This past year she learned the back-end of the Valin and Valin Online websites and has been a huge asset in helping build out content. She was instrumental in building the process heat section as well as the filtration product offering on the Valin website. Her most recent achievement was creating and publishing calculators on the process heat page.

Teamwork
In addition to her marketing talents, Suzzane also acts as the local IT person for the Tomball office. She is the go-to person for anything IT related. She is extremely tech-savvy and is the IT departments “Smart Hands”. She is proactive and quick to respond when needed.

There are often times when Suzzane already has tasks completed when asked or has the request done in a manner of minutes. Some things would be difficult to do or possibly not get done at all without Suzzane on site to help. Suzzane’s skills and dedication make her a valuable member of Team Valin.
