Michelle Fischer

Michelle Fischer is Valin's Marketing Communications Director in San Jose, CA and was recognized as the 2017 Employee of the Year at the annual Employee Appreciation Event. Below is only one example of why she is so deserving of Employee of the Year.

Working with Michelle Fischer on several projects has provided a glimpse into how many projects she is coordinating and the constant pressures she works under. Michelle works into the late evenings and weekends on ongoing projects, yet still is an absolute rock in terms of getting things done and driving Valin business forward.

Michelle was instrumental in creating and launching the Heat Trace Specialists (HTS) website and the marketing campaigns that followed. She is great at making people think through their ideas into a solid, comprehensive, well-rounded and clearly articulated plan. Many people have vague notions and expect Valin’s marketing department to pull a rabbit out their hat. Michelle has the personality to push for clarity while pitching in to help, turning those vague ideas into concrete realities. Once the vision for the HTS site was defined, Michelle found a web design company and worked with them to ensure they had a full understanding of the mission. The Heat Trace Specialists website is really well done and showcases Valin capabilities. Michelle has done a tremendous job with the click-through campaigns that followed. They are all well thought out and flawlessly executed.

Michelle’s contributions to Heat Trace Specialists is only one example of many. She is always friendly and helpful and never lets the fact that she is juggling 100 things get in the way of the time she is taking to handle whoever is right in front of her. Michelle is one in a million!
