Joseph Bodle came to Valin with the acquisition of Rosedale of California. He stepped right in and became part of the Filtration Knowledge Center. First working to make sure Valin maintained the Rosedale of California customer base acquired. Joe later stepped into a Customer Service role and began taking on application and other support activities from the customer service director’s workload.

He displayed his value recently by becoming the point person for a large purchase order that started normally but quickly escalated into a project that required a massive amount of time and resources. He took on tasks not typical for a customer service person due to the departure of an account manager. He uploaded 121 documents for customer approval, managed multiple change orders, and coordinated shipping logistics.

Since joining Valin, Joe has applied himself diligently to learning the full breadth of the Valin filtration product lines, becoming one of the top in-house experts on filtration products.  He is highly responsive, professional and patient in lending his expertise to his coworkers.  As a result, Joe has become the go-to person for marketing and data quality, helping extensively with the development of the Cardinal private label filtration part numbering and product literature, and verifying product information is correct and technically accurate. Joe has shown himself to be an asset to the Valin filtration team and we thank him for him for his efforts.
