Jeannine Moseley

Jeannine Moseley is a Collection Specialist in the Salt Lake City office. She is always seeking ways in which she can help Valin, and its employees be more successful. Jeannine has volunteered over the years for many different tasks and projects that are separate from her normal role of collections. Recently, Valin decided to charge customers a processing fee for credit card payments on invoices in which the customer was taking terms. Jeannine volunteered to compile a list of customer accounts that pay invoices on terms using a credit card. After the list was compiled, she emailed each customer notifying them of the change to Valin’s credit card process and the 2.5% processing fee. Every customer that responded was positive and most changed their payment method from credit card to ACH/EFT or manual check. This initiative could potentially save between $5,000 to $13,000 a month in credit card fees incurred by Valin. This is just one example of how Jeannine is always looking to help.

Jeannine is the backup for Cash Applications and recently became the backup for Credit as well. When help is needed due to an employee’s absence or additional workload, she posts cash and handles all credit issues. Jeannine has good technical knowledge of P21, asks excellent questions, and supports sales requests promptly. Valin is a much more efficient company with Jeannine. She is a true asset to the Credit/Collection team.
