Janet is laser focused on getting it right the first time by making every request a win, win for the customer and for Valin. She is the first to learn new jobs and take the lead to improve processes through thoughtful data gathering and experience. What she has learned and brought to Valin in her short time with the company is quite remarkable as she continually sets a high standard every day.

Janet is constantly analyzing business processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Some examples include assisting with the development of CRM and using the new Office 365 tools for intraoffice organization. She is always eager to take on new roles and responsibilities. She became an expert on international shipping and contributed to the Team Junk initiative by counting and prepping the entire Clearwater inventory.

Janet serves as a role model and mentor for the rest of the Clearwater customer service team. She is the highest customer service user in CRM within the entire Valin organization. She is an impressive employee and takes true ownership and pride in her work.
