Casey Ogata is a prototypical customer service representative. She is organized and very thorough. When customer problems arise, she digs deep to find creative solutions utilizing Valin’s diverse product lines and expedite options offered by suppliers. She is reliable and always produces quality work. In the last year, Casey has been critical to the success of turning several key customer accounts in Southern California with extreme day-to-day problems into loyal customers that now appreciate Valin’s distinguished customer service and support. She is always willing to take on a strategic project and put in the extra hours necessary to complete the job. She is pleasant to work with and has a good attitude when working with customers and the Valin team. Casey’s diligence and passion showed through when she recently met with a customer onsite to assist them with their particular application regarding spare parts on a conveyor system. Her onsite visit increased Valin’s relationship with two key buyers as well as represent Valin’s core value of being a solutions provider.
Casey stays late, arrives early, and is always available to provide assistance when busy. Her efforts are recognized and appreciated by management as well as the newest members of the Valin team.
