Non-contact safety switches are typically two-part switches that use magnets or other non-contact methods to close contacts in the right conditions with methods to prevent tampering. IDEM's Non-Contact Magnetic Safety Switches have magnetic sensing with a high tolerance to misalignment, temperatures, shock, and vibration. They are designed to provide reliable and convenient safety solutions for a wide range of industrial applications.
The standalone non-contact safety switch provides a high level of functional safety and can be installed as a standalone device without the need for additional safety monitoring equipment.
The RFID-coded non-contact safety interlock switches deliver high functional safety with very high anti-tamper coded activation. The MPZ and MMZ are compact and versatile RFID non-contact safety switches used for monitoring doors, gates, and other moveable safeguards that demand a high degree of manipulation protection.
