Discontinuation of Omron NS series HMIs and NSJ integrated HMI/PLC

Last Time Buy with the Factory: April, 2022
The NS series of HMIs is discontinued due to component availability. Suggested replacement is the NA series. NA is not a form, fit and function replacement, and requires recreating the user program. Another option for replacing the NS is to use an Industrial PC and run NS-Runtime (a virtual HMI). This would not be a form, fit and function replacement, but the user program would not need recreating.

Discontinuation and Replacement of the W4S1-03B L2 Switch

The W4S1-03B will be supported through the end of August 2029
The W4S1-03B series L2 switches will be discontinued due to component availability issues. The replacement product is the W4S1-05D which was released in April 2021. Except for port count and size the W4S1-05D will have mostly the same specifications as the W4S1-03B.
Product Differences
- The power connection method will be changed from the screw type to the push-in type.
- The product will not conformed for NK,LR nor DNV standard.
- The W4S1-03B has 3 ports and the replacement W4S1-05D has 5
