TrueTube® EPS provides chromium enriched electropolished 316L stainless steel tubing in continuous coils. It is available in lengths up to 300 feet / 100 meters in sizes from 1/8" to 1/2" and 6mm to 12mm. TrueTube® EPS is also internally bonded with a layer of amorphous silicon applied via CVD technology. The proprietary TrueTube® EPS silica coating is denser, thicker and more inert than TrueTube® FS. This combination provides the ultimate in inert stainless steel tubing with improved corrosion resistance and dry-down capabilities at operating temperatures up to 400ºC. TrueTube® EPS can be provided bare or in O’Brien Analytical’s TRACEPAK® and STACKPAK™ heat-traced, insulated tubing bundles.
