PHM Obsolescence Notice

Discontinuation Date: June 2020

Parker Electromechanical & Drives Division makes every effort to ensure our products exceed our customers’ expectations. To do so, we occasionally must change/improve some aspect of the product. This technical bulletin describes the obsolescence of the PHM 15 and 17” industrial flat-panel monitors.

Due to the maturity and natural decline of sales for this product, we do not expect this obsolescence to be impactful to distributor revenues or customer sales. The information provided is to assist you in taking appropriate action with users PHM product lines.

Availability
Due to obsolescence by our supplier of a critical component, Parker has a finite amount of PHM models that can be manufactured. It is projected—given current purchasing patterns—that the PHM 15” versions will only be available to purchase for another next five months (until 11/01/2020) and the PHM 17” versions will only be available to purchase for another year (07/01/2021).

Changes in buying behavior can greatly affect this estimate, thus it is recommended that customers place their orders as quickly as possible as Parker does not guarantee the last date the PHM versions will be available. In addition, last time buy orders will be accepted as first come, first serve basis.
