Meia joined Valin as part of the US Automation acquisition, initially working with the Automation team before transitioning to the Semiconductor team.
In August, Dynamic Solutions, Inc. (DSI), a newly acquired company, was set to be onboarded onto P21. When an additional trainer was needed, Meia was contacted just three hours before the onboarding team was scheduled to arrive in Irvine. Despite the short notice, she immediately stepped in to fill the gap when the originally scheduled employee could not help due to an emergency. Without hesitation, Meia joined the team to lead P21 order entry training with the new customer service representatives. Having been part of a previously acquired company, she understood what the DSI team was experiencing throughout the training. Her patient approach helped the team better acclimate to the new processes. Originally planned as a one-day arrangement, Meia voluntarily extended her role to three days, ensuring the team's success while continuing to manage her regular workload. After the migration was complete, Meia remained available via Teams to provide continued support.
I wanted to say a few things about Meia and the training she has done with the Dynamic crew. This acquisition has been the smoothest for me and my department. I know a lot of this has to do with the order training she provided. She has done a great job working with Kelly and Cindy. The orders/invoices they are processing have little to no errors and this is because they were trained well.
