Dave M September 2025 EOTMDave Molinari joined Valin with the acquisition of Jensen Instrument Co. in September 2022 as an account manager. Earlier this year, he expanded his role from an outside salesperson to adding on a larger and more complex account portfolio previously managed by an employee who was with Valin for over 25 years. In doing so, he immediately faced tremendous challenges—navigating critical customer demands, learning new systems, and balancing inside sales, outside sales, and customer service responsibilities all at once. Despite these obstacles, Dave has excelled, growing bookings by several multiples year-to-date in 2025.

One of Dave’s most significant accomplishments has been his work with a major aerospace customer. In just one year, he established strong relationships with at least eight new points of contact across California, Texas, and Florida operations. He also successfully coordinated Valin’s compliance with a new supplier scorecard and portal system, ensuring flawless execution that led to recognition, new purchase orders, and expanded direct authority. His efforts culminated in Valin receiving a rare invitation to a site visit at Cape Canaveral—an honor reserved for only the most trusted vendors.

Dave also played a pivotal role in advancing Valin’s partnership with an innovative hydrogen company. Faced with engineering and production delays from a supplier for a critical manifold project, he coordinated urgent communications across multiple stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables were on time. This not only preserved a significant order but positioned Valin to support a long-term program with the potential to generate substantial year-over-year growth in the coming years.

Beyond these high-profile wins, Dave has continued to advocate for customer needs in other key accounts, always ensuring Valin’s reputation for reliability remains strong. His ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly to new challenges, and take ownership of both customer relationships and internal processes has set a standard for excellence.

Dave’s efforts go beyond the expectations of his role. He has shown remarkable initiative, resilience, and leadership at a time when Valin needed it most.
