WIKA load pins are engineered for both static and dynamic force measurement and are designed to replace non-measuring bolts or pins directly. By integrating seamlessly into existing mechanical structures, they accurately measure tension and compression forces without requiring system redesign.
Manufactured from high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel (1.4542), WIKA load pins are built to perform reliably under harsh operating conditions. They support multiple output options, including standard analog signals such as 4–20 mA and 0–10 V, as well as digital communication via CANopen®. Redundant signal outputs are also available for increased system reliability.
For safety-critical applications, WIKA load pins can be integrated into a certified overload protection system using the WIKA ELMS1, compliant with DIN EN ISO 13849-1 up to Performance Level d / Category 3, providing an added layer of protection for demanding industrial environments.
