Business Development Manager
Chandler, AZ
Tim Tritch is a Business Development Manager for Valin in the Chandler, AZ office. He was awarded the Monsen Innovation award at the annual Employee Recognition Event. Read about Tim and all his contributions below.

Since joining Valin Tim Tritch has been instrumental in helping Valin craft a direction to grow the business to becoming a filtration distribution powerhouse. He has identified many acquisition targets and brought them forward for consideration. Virtually every filtration acquisition was brought to Valin through Tim’s knowledge and contacts.

Tim continues his efforts to grow this business segment most recently by working on the development of a private label by negotiating with suppliers for preferred pricing. This effort has grown the margins in the filtration segments of bags, spun wound, and melt blown filters. Tim continues to source new manufactures that will provide Valin the best cost position for filters to promote and sell as a private brand. Tim created a process for handling new part numbers and product types. He works closely with the POM to move quickly when an opportunity is presented that will grow revenue and gross profit dollars.

In 2009, Valin first rolled out the Mobile Technology Vehicle (MTV) that is now a powerful marketing tool that drives valuable leads for the company. Tim has been instrumental in making the program a success. He got in right away and developed the MTV manual detailing the look and feel of each event, the participation rules, gained supplier sponsorships, and developed a process for capturing leads. Tim manages the annual routes and makes sure that the schedule is filled each week working with the regional sales teams, suppliers, and managers. This is a large effort and the process has become more streamlined throughout the years due to Tim’s tireless efforts.

Tim developed a lube oil training program which has been provided to several customers for a fee. This drives training revenues and profits and creates brand awareness in a powerful way for the people who are educated by this program.

Tim is an entrepreneur who has been a constant advisor to Joe Nettemeyer. Since 2006 the filtration business has grown over 11 years at a CAGR of 15.9%. Tim’s contributions to the company over the years has been significant and we look forward to his continued contributions to Valin Corporation.
