Discontinuation Notice of Digital Fiber Amplifier Unit E3X-DA-S Series

Caution on recommended replacement
When going to use E3NX-FA Series. Please pay attention to the following
1) The dimensions of sensor are different. Please refer to the dimensions for details.
2) The operation methods are different. Please refer to operation methods for details.
3) The characteristics are different. Please refer to characteristics and operation ratings for details.
4) Notice that the position of output indicator is different.
5) The Control output (Residual voltage) is different. Please refer to characteristics and operation ratings for
details.
6) Counter function is not available for E3NX-FA series.
7) Instead of ATC function, DPC is available for E3NX-FA series as an upwardly compatible function. Please
refer to characteristics and operation ratings for details.
8) Optical communication to E3X-DA-S series is not available for E3NX-FA. Notice that channel recognition
and Mutual interference prevention is not available at communication status.
9) Mobile console E3X-MC11-SV2 is not available for E3NX-FA series.
10) The Communication Unit E3X-DRT21-S VER.3/E3X-CRT/E3X-ECT cannot be connected to E3NX-FA
series.

When going to use E3NX-CA Series. Please pay attention to the following
1)E3X-DAB(blue)E3X-DAG(green) can distinguish power with contrast mode.
2) When using to distinguish several objects. Please to check whether each object can be distinguished.
*Because of the difference of RGB turning, when there are several kinds of color, maybe it will be unable to distinguish.
