A customer called on Monday morning with a crucial piece of manufacturing equipment that was non-operational due to a malfunctioning IAI robot. The robot needed to be fixed as fast as possible. Sheri Borello helped coordinate the return and RMA with the supplier so quickly that the customer was able to return the robot, have it repaired, and get it back into the machine and running by Friday afternoon of the same week. Sheri managed the incident, tracked the progress and kept the customer informed from the time the RMA was approved by the vendor until the robot was back at the customer. The customer was extremely happy with Valin and the handling of the RMA.
