Jon F. Monsen, Ph.D., P.E., a control valve technology specialist for Valin Corporation, has written a book detailing the many facets of control valves. The book, Control Valve Application Technology, Techniques and considerations for properly selecting the right control valve, outlines the process of selecting control valves for a number of different applications. Monsen possesses 35 years of industry experience and has lectured nationally and internationally on control valve sizing and application.
