Self-Regulating Heat Trace Cables
Self-regulating cables are flexible, can be cut-to-length in the field and can be single overlapped without fear of burnout in areas where complex piping and equipment require additional heat trace cable. Heating cable are manufactured for use on 120 and 208 to 277V and maintain temperatures to 302 °F (150 °C). Equipped with a ground braid and optional TPR or FEP jacket, self-regulating cables are third party tested and approved for use in harsh corrosive and hazardous area applications.
2000 Series Industrial Self-Regulating Heating Cable
The 2000 series of self-regulating heating cables are designed to supply a specified amount of heat at any point along their length in direct response to local temperature variations. These cables can maintain temperatures up to 375°F (190°C) and will withstand 190 psig saturated steam purging and intermittent temperature excursions to 450°F (232°C) with power applied. 2000 series cables can be cut to length and terminated in the field, and will not overheat or burnout when overlapped.
2300 Series Industrial Self-Regulating Heating Cable
The 2300 series of self-regulating heating cables are designed to supply a specified amount of heat at any point along their length in direct response to local temperature variations. These cables can maintain temperatures up to 250°F (120°C) and will withstand 150 psig saturated steam purging and intermittent temperature excursions to 366°F (185°C). 2300 series cables can be cut to length and terminated in the field, and will not overheat or burnout when overlapped.
HTS-6 Self-Regulating Commercial Heat Trace Cable
The HTS-6 commercial grade heater cable is designed for use in both indoor and outdoor locations as well as for residential and commercial freeze protection on water pipes and drain pipes. In roof and gutter applications, the HTS-6 provides a pathway for flowing water on the roof or in gutters and downspouts to safely distance itself from the building before the opportunity to re-freeze and cause damage.
2700 Series Industrial Self-Regulating Heating Cable
The 2700 series of self-regulating heating cables are designed to supply a specified amount of heat at any point along their length in direct response to local temperature variations. These cables can maintain temperatures up to 150°F (65°C) and survive intermittent exposure up to 185°F (85°C) with power applied. 2700 cables can be cut to length and terminated in the field, and will not overheat or burnout when overlapped.
Hazardous Area High Temperature Heat Cable
The Series KK high-temperature constant wattage heating cable is ideal heating long run applications that require high temperature extreme flexibility up to 500°F. Constant Watt is manufactured with precise and constant temperature output regardless of ambient and surface temperatures. The easily installed cable can be cut to length and terminated at the job site and is approved for both ordinary and hazardous area environments.
MI Mineral Insulated Heating Cable
MI mineral insulated heating cables provide rugged and reliable heat tracing for a variety of demanding applications. The high nickel alloy sheath, magnesium oxide dielectric insulation and resistance wire construction allow the tracing of equipment up to 1100°F maintenance temperatures and excellent resistance to many corrosive environments. At lower temperatures, watt densities of up to 50 W/Ft can be designed. Please contact factory for cable maintenance temperature above 400°F.
Industrial Heating Tape
AWD Duo-Tapes® and AWH Mono-Tapes® are heating tapes that have been specifically designed for industrial use – such as vacuum bake-outs, exhaust gas sampling and hot melt transfer pipes. These heating tapes work well for those applications that require a helping hand.
