ASCO™ Numatics 501 Series Directional Control Valves

The Numatics Series 501 is a line of general purpose automation valves designed for directional control and piloting applications requiring compact size, high flow capability, and energy savings. Engineers can achieve the flow of a 15 mm to 20 mm valves in a more compact package, saving space, cost, and energy in their machine designs. In addition, no other valve in its class offers such a broad range of pressure regulator, pressure shut-off, and exhaust flow control accessories. The 501 Series valve’s pressure shut —off option permits users to replace individual valves without stopping their production process — reducing line downtime and maintenance. 

ASCO™ Numatics 502 Series Directional Control Valves

The Numatics Series 502 is a line of general purpose automation valves designed for directional control and piloting applications requiring higher flow rates; less power consumption; and exceptionally easy on-site installation, configuration, and modification. The compact (18 mm), modular 502 Series is ideally suited for automotive and tire, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and packaging machinery applications. The valve has the flexibility of meeting the ISO 15407-2 standard while maintaining its high-flow characteristics. In addition, no other valve in its class offers such a broad range of pressure regulator, pressure shut-off, and exhaust flow control accessories. 

ASCO™ Numatics 503 Series Directional Control Valves

The Numatics Series 503 is a line of pneumatic directional control valves with ultra-high flow ratings per valve size. This enables design and specifying engineers to use smaller, lower-cost valves and components that do more work with less air, energy, and cost. Designers can choose to generate greater speed of motion for their components using the same size valve. The 503 Series valves are designed to complement the benefits of Numatics ’ G3 fieldbus electronics. The Numatics Series 2002 is a line of modular, subminiature directional control valves. Designed with plug-together flexibility, the valves eliminate internal wiring and are easily configured. The Seires 2002 is highly energy efficient, offers high flow in a compact package, and supports electronic interface/bus protocols such as DeviceNet, Remote I/O, Profibus-DP, and DeviceLogix. It is suitable for analytical and diagnostic instrumentation, life science, and bottling applications.

The AVENTICS™ Series 2005 is a line of pneumatic directional control valves designed for easy installation and configuration in a wide range of applications. The modular valves incorporate plug-together flexibility that eliminates internal wiring. In addition, they are fieldbus electronics and I/O capable - supporting a variety of network protocols. The valves are suitable for automotive, bottling, life sciences, metal stamping, and tire manufacturing applications.
