It is our pleasure to announce that Valin Corporation of Sunnyvale, California has acquired Sharman Company, Inc. of Walnut Creek, CA. The distribution company will now operate as Valin Corporation.
It is our pleasure to announce that Valin® Corporation of Sunnyvale, California has acquired Becker Technical Sales of Irvine, CA. The distribution company will now operate as Valin® Corporation. On July 7, 2008 Becker Technical Sales will consolidate into the Valin® facility located in Santa Ana, CA. With this consolidation we expect to improve the accuracy of our inventory, customer order fullfillment, and service levels.
A lesson for me is that I need to involve you earlier in the program.
