The Information Technology (IT) Department is key to managing the technical infrastructure at Valin.
They are critical in maintaining how Valin communicates with customers and internal business processes. They are essential to all departments making sure each group has the tools to help them perform their jobs efficiently. The IT department must adapt quickly to a rapidly growing world of technology and is responsible for more than just hardware and software. They manage the storage, retrieval, transmission, and manipulation of data. The department is also responsible for network administration and the technology life cycle for the systems.
The IT Department works to create a stable platform, strives to be leaders and partners in innovation, endeavors towards continuous improvement of backend systems, partners with fellow employees to improve business and are committed to a balance of Enterprise Level Security and employee productivity.
