Compact Cylindrical Cyclone, C3 (GLCC)

Valin designs and manufactures custom oilfield process systems including Net Oil solutions, Oilfield Processing, and Custody Transfer measurement. We are a pioneer in development and application of the Compact Cylindrical Cyclone – C3 (GLCC), a compact flow conditioning system that separates gas from liquid to assist in determining net oil. The C3 can also be used in gas fields to remove liquids from gas so that the produced gas is suitable for pipeline tie in. Our full portfolio of oil & gas systems can support the most demanding field applications.

Control Panel

Valin offers custom power control panels from Chromalox that are engineered with solid-state controls and sized to virtually any application or specification. Chromalox custom power control panels are available in many NEMA-type enclosures, for single- or three-phase load requirements, and a variety of voltages, contactors, and SCR power controllers. Circuit fusing, current-sensing relays, ground fault breakers, and circuit ammeters can be tailored to your requirements.


 

Custody Transfer Skids, LACT Units

Valin offers Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) units. Development and design provides a choice of Wet and Dry LACT units built using the highest quality components. Field tested quality with hundreds of units delivered.

2-Phase and 3-Phase Separators

We offer a customer oriented design process to produce leading horizontal separators meeting whatever standard is required. Valin takes horizontal separators from design through start-up. Working begins from an in-house design developed in the early 80's and is built to the specific standards of the customer.
