Our in house design experts provide custom solutions to match your most demanding application. Our automated valve assembly center is capable of completing the conversion of manual valves into automated valve systems per customer specifications. And our extensive component inventory provides quick delivery of common valves, actuators, positioners, seal kits, and trim sets.
Valin works with standard and custom tubing, hose, fittings, and hardware in a variety of application proven materials and configurations to provide you with the best tube and hose assembly to meet your process application. Assemblies range from quick disconnect fittings, tube bending, tube kitting, hose cutting, hose kitting, and fabrication.
We provide diaphragm seal and annular seal assembly and filling either direct connect or with capillaries for remote mounting. Our fill station allows for a variety of fills, including glycerin, silicone, food grade silicone, syltherm and halocarbon. Calibration of pressure and vacuum gauges, pressure and temperature switch setting, repair of industrial instrumentation including custom scales for most any instrument to suit many unique applications are also available.
Valin offers custom power control panels from Chromalox that are engineered with solid-state controls and sized to virtually any application or specification. Chromalox custom power control panels are available in many NEMA-type enclosures, for single- or three-phase load requirements, and a variety of voltages, contactors, and SCR power controllers. Circuit fusing, current-sensing relays, ground fault breakers, and circuit ammeters can be tailored to your requirements.

We design and assemble chlorination panels for industrial and municipal use. Our chlorine analyzers monitor and control the chlorine concentration that is injected into the potable water to maintain safe drinking water standards. Each panel is custom designed to provide continuous chlorine measurement and better chlorine dosing control.
